Navigating Change with God

What does it mean to relate to God in seasons of change? Could such moments invite us to go deeper? As humans, we are not static. There is no state that, having achieved it, our process of becoming is finished. Nor is life static. Just when sailing seems smooth, a storm blows up out of nowhere and we face our limitations to control our lives. Sometimes, the practices that have nourished us no longer do. Maybe we’ve checked all the boxes in our faith but it seems like there should be more. Does our ancient Christian faith have anything to offer?

Experiences and questions like these are the topic for an in-house retreat at All Saints on October 18-19 led by Renee Farkas, a Nashville-based spiritual director.
