Vestry Nominees for 2026

According to our bylaws, members of the Vestry serve a term of two years. Each year the outgoing members of the Vestry serve as the Nominating Committee for new members to be elected at our Annual Parish Meeting, which will be on Saturday, January 24. After receiving thirty-one great recommendations from the parish, the Committee, chaired by Scott Huelin, submits the following candidates for election.

Angie Box

Angie has been a longtime member of All Saints Anglican Church, attending faithfully since 2004. She has been married to her husband, Brad Box, for 28 years, and together they have been blessed with four children and a new daughter-in-law. Their family includes Weston and his wife Megan of Jackson, Tennessee; Jenna of Knoxville, Tennessee; Marshall, a sophomore at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; and Jondavid, a senior at University School of Jackson.

She works full time as a Realtor with Haltom Real Estate while also remodeling and selling investment homes. She and Brad enjoy serving their community, their church, and are grateful for the opportunity to support the mission and leadership of All Saints Anglican Church.

Jeff Garrety

Jeff is a founding member of All Saints Anglican Church and served on the first Vestry as the Rector’s Warden. He currently serves as a Lay Eucharistic Minister and Lector. From 2008 until 2024 he served as Chancellor for what became the International Diocese of the ACNA. From 2014 until July 2024 he served as Assistant Chancellor of the ACNA. He served on the ACNA Governance Task Force from 2010 to 2024 and was a member of the ACNA Committee on Admissions Protocol since its inception. He was a delegate to GAFCON I, II, III, and IV. He has multiple years of experience advising and working with ACNA local parishes, dioceses, bishops, priests, deacons, and vestries on sundry canonical matters.

He earned his BBA, MBA, and JD from the University of Memphis. He has practiced law in Memphis and Jackson for 47 years representing injured persons. He attended ACNA/AAC Christian Mediation Training in 2017 and 2019. He has been a member of the Christian Legal Society for most all of his career. He and his wife, Jane, have been married for 45 years. They have two grown daughters, each married to Eagle Scouts, and four grandsons.

Jordan Howerton

Jordan grew up in middle Tennessee, back before it exploded into the behemoth that it is today. He was blessed to be raised in a family and in churches that love the Lord, and met Jesus when he was 15. Jordan came to Jackson in 2008 to attend Union University, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in ethics in 2012 and a masters of business administration in 2014. He worked as the Director of Ministries at City Fellowship Baptist Church for seven years, and is currently the Regional Director of the Greater Jackson Financial Empowerment Center at the United Way of West TN.

He met Katie at Union and they just celebrated their ten-year anniversary. They have two wonderful children, November and Elinor, and a mischievous, but sweet puppy, Jack. They came to All Saints in 2021 after a difficult church situation and were confirmed in 2023. In his (limited) free time, Jordan enjoys reading (ask me about it), gardening, and good philosophical discussions with friends.

Robin Salyers

Born in West Kentucky, Robin spent her early childhood there before living in several states—including Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, and Georgia. Despite her travels, she has consistently returned to Jackson, Tennessee, which has served as her primary residence for nearly two decades.

She is the proud mother of two daughters, Ashley and Kara, and a grandmother to five grandchildren. Professionally, Robin serves as an Associate Professor at Lindsey Wilson University, in Columbia, KY, where she teaches in the School of Graduate Business and Technology.

Robin has served on the board of The Place – Jackson, a certified nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering women who lack adequate resources and support, as well as the Jackson Area Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (JACOA). Her faith community is also central to her life; she has been a member of the All Saints family for more than twelve years and has served as a Lay Eucharistic Minister and intercessor for over a decade.

Outside the classroom and community work, Robin enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring the culinary arts. She is especially drawn to the contemplative practice of Visio Divina, creating art as prayer, and loves creating illuminated manuscripts.
